COMPANY / ROLE

We are a Cleaning Services company that offers a wide range of Soft Facilities Management FM services including Professional Cleaning Services, Contract Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Office Cleaning and Commercial Cleaning with specific targets on private and public sectors – commercial companies, offices, hotels and Education.

We are now seeking to recruit a Self Employed Business Development Manager with a proven track record of winning profitable new business within the Cleaning industry. The candidate will need to be able to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels, have strong negotiation skills, be commercially astute with excellent organisational skills.

Principal responsibilities / Knowledge / Experience

  1. Minimum 1 year cleaning industry sales experience is required with proven sales success.
  2. Maintain a professional relationship with clients.
  3. Create new clients
  4. Effective Communicator with proposal writing skills
  5. Prompt and accurate reporting to the Director as required.
  6. Computer literate.

Job Types: Part time

Pay: Commission only.
